start with taking care of you

Services

  • Individual counseling or therapy sessions are offered for adolescents, teens, adults, and professionals. Appointments are scheduled for 55 minute blocks of time. If you are short on time or would prefer longer sessions, we can make accommodations to your schedule.

Appointments are primarily scheduled via telehealth or online using a secure online platform from the comfort of your home. For those that prefer in-person sessions, there is some availability for this but times are booked quickly.

  • As a part of the healing process, it may be important to include family members in sessions. Family sessions are provided and can be held on an as needed basis. LiveWell does not provide couples counseling.

If you are a new client, please fill out this form, or contact LiveWell via text, call, or email to schedule your initial assessment or intake.

You can also click here to schedule a time that works best for you. We are scheduling out 1-2 weeks, especially with late afternoon and evening times. If you have a specific time in mind, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

What to expect

  • Feel free to schedule a consult call, or have your questions answered via email or txt. We want to make sure you or your loved one feels comfortable and it is a good fit before moving forward. If you are ready to jump in right away, skip to the next step!

  • Scheduling can be done with the link here. You will need to create a profile and you will be given approval to schedule a time. Not seeing a time that works for you? Or are you having trouble booking? Contact LiveWell directly and we will take it off your plate and do the scheduling for you.

  • Initial paperwork and payment methods should be completed before the first session. That way your time in session is only focused on you, not paperwork. Documents will be sent in a secure online portal directly to your email.

  • We call this the “intake and assessment” session. The first session is where you will meet with Morgan to discuss your concerns and goals for counseling. For those wishing to use their health insurance for payment, there will be an assessment completed to determine if you meet criteria for a mental health diagnosis. More on this in the FAQ’s.

  • The first few sessions will be what we call “rapport building.” This means that we do not need to jump into the deep depths right away, that we will be getting to know one another and establishing trust.

The frequency of sessions will be at the pace you feel comfortable with. Many clients start with 1-2 times a week and over some time, move to less frequent as they start to make progress in their goals.

As a kind heads up, take care of yourself after a session. You may feel more emotionally or physically depleted from the hard work you are doing. It is a part of the healing process in repairing our minds and bodies.

“Living well is an art that can be developed: a love of life and ability to take great pleasure from small offerings and assurance that the world owes you nothing, and that every gift is exactly that, a gift.”
